InfiniteFlow Yin Vinyasa Hatha Yoga with Kiro Kopulos B.S.,C.C.H.

Trained in Iyengar and Sivananda styles of hatha yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, mindfulness meditation and hypnosis. Kiro creates a unique blend of guided movement meditation, yoga asanas and guided imagery to enhance your ability to feel focused and centered with improved concentration and poise.

Kiro Kopulos, Performance artist/choreographer, yoga instructor has been teaching and performing for 35 years. 1983-90 Kiro co-directed Intersect Theatre Dance Company in Ann Arbor and 1984-86 performed with Nonce Dance Ensemble in Detroit. 1989-90 performed with Frank’s Absurd Repertory Theatre and was featured in Samuel Beckett’s “Act Without Words”. For the past 22 years Kiro has been a frequent guest artist with Kanopy Dance Company and has worked as a freelance choreographer and teacher locally and internationally, presenting his work at the Edmonton, San Francisco and Minnesota Fringe Festivals. Most recently, Kiro performed as the tree of life in Yggdrasil and as King Creon in Antigone for Kanopy’s 2012/13 season. Kiro has created his own style of physical theatre and vinyasa flow yoga, which has emerged through his studies of Modern Dance, Tai Chi, Mime Theatre, and Hatha Yoga. He offers classes at his east side studio InfniteFlow Yoga as well as Satya Yoga & Madison Christian Community on the west side.
